About CASA

Canadian Afghan Sports Association (CASA) is a Non-Profit organization based in Toronto, Ontario and it is registered with the government of Canada.
CASA was formally established in 2008 by a group of energetic and passionate Afghan individuals who want to see Afghans of different ages/genders to progress in many sports.

Like many other communities, CASA wants the Canadian Afghan community in Canada to be active in different sports. The Organization’s goal is to help Afghan youth and adult to stay in good shape and stay out of trouble. CASA wants Canadian Afghans to have strong teams such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, chess, badminton, etc.

Objective:

CASA’s objective is to provide Canada and Afghanistan with strong athletes who could help both countries with their sporting talents. CASA wants the hidden Canadian Afghan talents to come out and show the world that they also exist.
