Coaches' Meeting will be held on Thursday Jul.29.2010 at Taj Banquet Hall which is located in the heart of Toronto on Steeles Avenue just west of highway 400.

Note: Only 2 representatives of each team are invited to attend. Full Dress Code in effect.

The 4th annual Canadian Afghan Cup event is scheduled from July 30th - August 2nd, 2010. It is the biggest Afghan sporting event in Canada outside of Afghanistan, gathering hundreds of Afghan athletes, families and thousands of spectators from across North America. The basketball games takes place at The Hershey Centre Sport Zone Complex.

August 2009:


Hundreds to thousands of Afghans from different parts of Canada & USA came to “The Hangar at Downsview Park, Toronto” and “The Hershey SportsZone Complex, Mississauga” to take part in Canada’s biggest Afghan sporting event “Canadian Afghan Cup 2009 - Outdoor”.
 
This great event was the 3rd Annual Canadian Afghan Cup, which included sports such as Soccer, Basketball & Volleyball (Men & Women). The Canadian Afghan Sports Association (CASA) would like to congratulate all the teams that participated in this great event, specially the finalists, which are:

August 2008:



August 2008 was the first month / year that CASA has introduced volleyball tournament for all Afghans across Canada and USA. The volleyball tournament was well organized with the help of Afghanistan's former top Afghan volleyball player/coach "Mr. Abdullah Nawabi Shadkam" (CASA's Volleyball Director). After the success of 1st Afghan volleyball tournament in Canada, CASA has decided to keep the tournament going for many years ahead of us. 7 Men's team & 3 girls team participated in the "Canadian Afghan Cup 2008 - Outdoor".

Semi Finals:

Finals:

Kabura W Beats Kabura F and becomes the first ever champion of Canadian Afghan Cup 2008.

After playing against each other, Unagi faced ADF in the final. Unagi became the 1st ever champion of Canadian Afghan Cup 2008 - Outdoor (Girls Volleyball). Congratulations to all the teams that have participated in this tournament. Keep on practicing, since more tournaments are coming up.
